National Dialogue Meeting in LaCrosse, WI

Organic agriculture in this country has a future beyond a Federal program - help to map it out and stay on course. 

There will be a dialogue prior to the Upper Midwest Organic Conference (Feb.22nd-24th) in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. 

 Wed. 2/21 - 1:00-5:30PM - Dialogue Meeting
 Wed. 2/21 - 6:00PM - Dinner Reception
 Thur. 2/22 - 9:00-5:00PM - Dialogue Meeting

I live in the Philippines. And would like to undertake Organic farming of Cassava, Maize and Soyabean. I plan to only use bat guano for fertilizer.

Where can I avail of financing

I am in south africa in the eastern cape and would also want to know how do I get financial assistance if I want to do commercial farming?
