Slow Food USA to Host 3rd Annual Online Auction

It caught my eye as I scanned the internet for interesting information. "Slow Food Auction" What could that be? "Auction" and "Slow" just don't seem to go together.
Well, as it turns out, Slow Food USA, EBay and MissionFish are teaming up to raise money to protect more than 500 fruits and vegetables at risk of extinction.
